19 WPMA Students Earn Seats in the 2026–27 Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra

We’re proud to share that 19 William Pu Music Academy students have been named to the string sections of the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra for the 2026–27 season — nearly one in four of the orchestra’s string players. Two of them will lead their sections: Arsheya Singh as Principal Viola and Ethan Goh as Principal Cello.

More than 300 musicians audition for ASYO’s 120 chairs each year. Congratulations to every student who auditioned, and as always, to the teachers who prepared them: William Pu, Amy Chang, and Martin Gueorguiev.
